Virtual coins:

  • Have no monetary value;
  • Do not represent ownership rights or stored value;
  • Cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed;
  • Cannot be used outside Maple Aurora Club;
  • May be issued, adjusted, limited, expired, or removed by us.

We may modify the availability, use, display, quantity, or function of virtual coins at any time in order to manage, improve, maintain, or update the Platform.

Closing an account, breaching these Terms, or discontinuing a feature may result in the loss of unused virtual coins or associated platform progress.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users;
  • Post hateful, discriminatory, violent, obscene, or unlawful material;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or features;
  • Use automated tools to interfere with platform operation or user experience;
  • Exploit technical errors or attempt to manipulate virtual coin records;
  • Distribute malicious code, harmful links, or disruptive content;
  • Collect personal information about other users without permission;
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

We may review reported conduct and take appropriate action, including content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or account termination.

7. Social and Community Features

You are responsible for content you submit and for your interactions with other members. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information through member-visible features.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Maple Aurora Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, maintain, improve, and provide the Platform.

You confirm that your User Content:

  • Is created by you or provided with proper permission;
  • Does not infringe another person's rights;
  • Does not violate applicable law or these Terms.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or operational concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, interfaces, visual elements, icons, game features, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Maple Aurora Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

10. Platform Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. This may include changes to features, community functions, virtual coins, account tools, visual elements, or technical requirements.

We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account closure by contacting us.

16. Governing Law
